Unique computer cases from Scimitar Computers

I don’t know about you, guys, but as far as I am concerned the shape of things surrounding us is very important. It is almost as important as the “thing” itself, if I’m allowed to say so. And this is because we all look for uniformity, for harmony and comfort, and some shapes inspire us more than others.

I’ve heard about many people having a weird (some would call it this way, but I’m not sure it’s justified) fascination for the pyramids, maybe due to the history that is related to them. They are considered to be invigorating and so does Scimitar Computers. These guys think that pyramids are not only fashionable, but also very elegant, so they decided to create unique computer cases.

Being handmade, the cases are shaped as pyramids. Known under the name of Vertex, they are made of laser-cut aluminum and measure approximately 10.24 x 16 x 16 inches. The cases are equipped with a LED-lit power button, with a hard drive suspension and Scythe Kama-Flex sleeved fans. In addition, each case comes with a package consisting of a micro-ATX motherboard, then a power supply (which is Flex ATX), a USB which is mounted on the side, a DVD bay, audio in/out ports, and a “cross-flow cooling system”.

If they managed to catch your eye, you should know that these unique computer cases are available in three color versions, black, blue and red. Anyway, it can be purchased for $400 (the shipping costs approximately $20 and it is not included) from Scimitar Computers.
