The Keyless Concept Phone disowns the keyboard

Everything is possible, when it comes to technology. There is nothing that comes in someone’s mind that can’t be turned into reality, raising the astonishment of everyone who gets to see the invention. It’s maybe the natural course of the 21st century, I don’t know, but if you want something to happen, the only thing you should do is to just ask for it and a brilliant mind will give you a helping hand.

Given the context, you must not be surprised when seeing a keyless concept phone. After all, keys are so out of fashion, especially when you think about wacky devices like the Bracelet phone or the Ring phone, that seem to defy everything you’ve known to be forever true and indestructible.

Therefore, talking about phones that don’t need keyboard anymore, Enrico Pandolfini designed a handset concept that relies on the user’s touch experience, but without a touchscreen. You simply recognize the buttons by touching the place where they should be. In addition, you’ll also get a couple of visual effects that are great for the device’s looks and for the key’s recognition.

This concept phone could prove to be very useful for those blind unfortunate people or for users who are sight impaired. This way, they’re given the chance to use such devices by guessing the place the numbers should be, as their tactile sensitivity, as well as all other senses, usually increases in order to compensate the lack of sight.

This phone is just a concept, so there is now word on pricing or availability. More than that, we’re not sure it will ever hit the mass production, just like many other concept devices we’ve seen so far.
