Don’t panic, would you please? It doesn’t count down the time you have left before, well… leaving this world, but before leaving your house, to work, to your doctor’s appointment or to any other place you might have things to do.



It’s kind of unusual, but this Morning Countdown Clock was designed to double the drama of each and every morning of your life, because it doesn’t only wake you up, but it also lets you know how much time you have left before heading out the door.



So, the clock gives you the chance to set two different alarms: one is for the wake up time, while the second is for the departure time. It might be a good idea, especially for those who waste time as much as they try not to, but, as far as I’m concerned, it’s a torture. And do you know why? Because the Morning Countdown Clock really counts down, as it lets you know when there’s an hour before you go, when you have 45 minutes before you go, then 30, 20, 15, 10, 5, 3, 2, and, of course, when there’s only one minute left.

And if you think that’s about everything, then you are wrong, because this is where the nightmare begins. It tells you when you have 30 seconds, 20 seconds and here we go… “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!”. And you’re ready to go. Or at least you should be.

Annoying, if you ask me, especially if you think that there’s a special greeting that the device plays and it will be in Japanese. Yeah right!

Anyway, if it didn’t scare you already, then go to Japan Trend Shop and buy one. You’ll be able to choose between white and blue, but it will cost you $33, irrespective of the model.
