Temperature Sweater tells you if he gives you fever

Whenever you feel like being in a burning fever, the first thing you’re tempted to do is to actually go grab a thermometer in order to find out whether you have reasons to worry about or not. This is the first step in healing yourself in such a situation, but you have to wait a couple of minutes until you find out if there’s a problem with your temperature, so that you can proceed to cure it. This is the best scenario. But imagine you don’t have the instrument and you’ll have to resort to kitchen physic to set you up.
What do you say about a temperature sweater in your wardrobe? Don’t laugh at my words, because I’m not kidding you. I’m talking about an awesome fleece sweater from the design group Studio 5050 that’s created to give you the information about how hot or cold it is wherever you are. Studio 5050 is a multidisciplinary design studio located in New York and it’s led by designer Despina Papadopoulus, which is also the founder. The studio explores the fast-paced and increasingly ubiquitous connections between design, fashion and technology and converts clothing and accessories into the perfect mixture between the style of an artist and the technological sense of an electrical engineer.
Even if at a first glance it looks like a regular fleece sweater, it has a huge dose of technology on board than any other piece of clothing. The temperature sweater features a radiant yet discreet LED temperature-display on each sleeve and integrated thermometers. One sleeve gives the temperature in Fahrenheit, while the other in Celsius.
The sweater’s cut embraces the body from all sides, a cozy version of the armor and a sexy version of fleece. It is made of two interlocking panels and mimics early construction techniques where loom widths dictate the rules of construction and design. Successfully combining old and new and adding a bit of humor, the temperature sweater is undoubtedly a warm must-have addition to the wardrobe.
The Temperature Sweater’s price is $470 and can be purchased from Studio 5050’s official website, two weeks being required for delivery.
