Sun Visor DVD Player

Where would you place an LCD inside of your car? For those sitting in the back you would probably place a couple of these on the head-rests. What about in front? An LCD placed right in the middle hanging from up above would clearly distract the driver and one placed near the board computer isn’t that comfortable either. How about integrating an LCD directly into the sun visor you most of the time consider useless?

The visor replacement not only includes a 7-inch widescreen LCD, it also comes with a DVD player and a games emulator complete with software and two controllers. It even has a built-in FM transmitter that allows you to play audio back through your car stereo wire-free.

Want more? You got it! More features include an SD/MS/MMC card slot and USB 1.1 port, for loading other media, as well as a remote control. It’s compatible with an entire host of disc formats: DVD, SVCD, VCD, DVCD, CD, CDG, CD-R and CD-RW, plus you can play MP4, MP3, WMA or JPEG files.

Apparently, there is no way to stop playback while the care is on the move, but that shouldn’t be much of a problem. The visor player is already available for $100.16.
