the point to my headphones is to block out the cell phone fuckers who NEED to talk into their devices as long as its with them.
to keep the morons who blast their horns becos theyre convinced its ALWAYS their right of way.
to prevent someone from asking to bum one of my last few cigarettes, becos they dont have a job or just dont wanna smoke THEIR last couple smokes.
my headphones work.

fuck headphones that keep you tied into that shit.

…also, dont anyone get bent out of shape…

im sure bicyclists could use these…

but you prolly shouldnt be using headphones while on a bike.

also, this is just my opinion!

As the market is actually invaded by all kinds of headphones (having or not the noise cancellation feature) the best thing is probably to decide whether we want to enjoy the ultimate listening experience or we seek for safety, no matter what. And if we choose safety, then we shouldn’t be bothered by outer noise and concepts like Semicircle headphones do nothing but to extend the option list.

Just buy cheap headphones (philips 220), and dont set the volume of your mp3 player high. You’ll have better sound quality, warm ears, and you still hear your environment.

You can just wear one earphone. That’s what I do.

This is the most pointless invention I’ve ever seen. It’s not even as good as a chocolate teapot, because at least a chocolate teapot is tasty.

Regarding the lack of photos giving information on how such headphones could work, it’s not unusual when it comes to “concept devices”.
