Scroll Concept
Not even the upcoming N96 from Nokia could make you happy as far as integrated technologies go and you’re already thinking about getting separate devices because you know they’ll screw the camera or the player, one way or the other. Not so fast, I say, First of all, take a look at this concept we've seen on CameraPhonesPlaza.com, and then let me know what kind of DSLR camera you prefer.
That would be the Scroll device from 13 Tech Design. It’s still a concept, but it already looks promising. You know ancient papyrus scrolls… they extend and you can then fold them away. The Scroll concept manages to cram some impressive technologies in the same fashion. Thus, it includes a touch screen-based cell phone, a 10 megapixel camera and a full HD camcorder for you to record all your favorite memories.
Wait, that’s not all. It will even feature WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, with a full-powered computer that is capable of running Windows Vista or XP. I can’t really figure out how they are going to get a UMPC processor, memory and storage space inside such a robust device, but if they say they can… go ahead and impress us guys! I bet we won’t see this in our hands sooner than 2010.
