Life in a kitchen can get pretty boring sometimes. That’s why one invented the LCD TV fridge and other handy gimmicks that would make life easier while you boil your brains along with crispy turkeys.

One of those weird gimmicks is the LCD kitchen cutting board. From Nardo Design. The high-tech Digital Cutting Board comes equipped with a flexible LCD display that displays cooking instructions on it so that you can become a cuisine expert in no time. All the while you try to decipher the dubious ingredients you may also read up downloaded recipes that you might want to try out in the future.

Marc Nardangeli designed the cutting board with style in mind. The hi-tech board sits on rubber feet, which support an acrylic board. In turn, the acrylic board contains the circuitry to run the flexible LCD panel that sits on top of it. All this neatly arranged package is sealed with a safety tempered glass panel, which allows for quick touchscreen operation. In order to download more recipes you may connect the board to the Internet.

The topmost features come in the form of chromium handles. All the above components are environment friendly. Though still a concept, your female part of the family could appreciate this kind of present.
