Three hours of pedaling is quite exhausting for someone who hadn’t had the chance to ride a bicycle for a very long period of time. It’s not like I forgot to ride the bicycle, as I heard some people saying, but it was quite an experience to become comfortable, just like I used to be when such activities were on my daily program.
