Fake security camera to scare burglars away

Security cameras, hidden or not, are all over the place these days. You can’t do anything without being recorded on a camera with the best intentions ever. Or at least this what those who use such devices say. I can’t disagree, they’re useful, there’s no doubt about it, but their presence is understandable in certain places and in certain places only. I saw, read example, a couple of weeks ago, an article about a hidden camera placed in a toilet. This is outrageous, for God’s sake!

Anyway, the point is that security cameras are able to give people a certain feeling of, what else if not… security. More than that, they are also able to prevent unpleasant events from taking place, like robberies for example.

This is a fake security camera, but is sure looks realistic isn’t it? The device is provided with two very important features that are meant to deceive bad intentioned human beings. I’m talking about the motion detection feature, on the one hand, which operates when a person or an object gets near. To be more precise, the camera pans left and right, which is a sign that it’s working. In addition, there’s a flashing LED light that will make everyone think that the camera is actually recording.

The fake security camera, coming from Chinavision, measures approximately 160 x 135 x 50 millimeters and runs on 3x AA batteries which are not included in the package. The best thing is that it won’t cost you very much, as it’s being sold for only $5. The bad thing is that the Fake Security Camera is temporarily sold out.
