Cybertek Wings 2.0
Cosplay actors and Halloween party geeks, check out these cool new wings! Coming from Cybertek, these are constructed from carbon fiber and extruded aluminum. In fact these represent the third generation of wings that Cybertek made over the years. The wingtips start to glow when the wings get fully extended.
Staying true to its initial design, the 2.0 version of the wings is activated by the flick of a switch. Wings will be able to extend or retract 7 times before the air pressure must be recharged which will take between 5 to 10 minutes. The full package includes a pneumatic power source that is to be charged via an included miniature pneumatic pump. Wingtip lights come in a standard blue color but they can be further customized with red, green, yellow, purple, or white tints. The approximate weight of the wings is 7.5 lbs, the retracted wingspan being 2 ft, while they extend to a maximum of 6 ft.
The site that commercializes the set of wings, Artificeclothing, is opened to any design ideas and suggestion that customers might have. The initial price of $1,000 could go up or down depending on changes made to the reference design. When ordering these, you must allow for around 3-6 weeks because there’s only one man that constructs the wings.
