Houses come in different forms and shapes, luxurious or modest, big or small, but what is the coolest house ever? In the next lines we are going to answer to this question.
The coolest house ever is the Seashell House from Mexico City. This house has designed the architect Javier Senosiain. This house is fully integrated in nature and as the name says it, it has a seashell form. It was specially made for a young couple who wanted to change their living from a conventional home into an “organic†house. The house is a blend of contemporary art and modern architecture with large and open spaces. At the entrance the house greets you with a very colorful wall made of little glass pieces that creates a lot of bright light in the interior and wonderful game of colors.
The first think you will see in the interior is an impressive green garden with a lot of grass and trees and in the middle a nice and cozy sofa. The vegetation is fully integrated with the house in a harmonic area and the spiral stairs makes you feel like you are floating over the grass.
Beside the grass and the whole vegetation the house is leading it guests through a lot of stone paths which lead to the areas of the house. You really feel like you are in wonderful garden or park when you are walking trough this amazing house.
The seashell idea can be also seen in the bathroom, the place where you are near the water thanks to its wonderful blue titles, sandy walls and the overhead window.
This house is also a safe one; it is earthquake-proof thanks to its “ferrocement constructio†a type of construction that which uses a frame made of steel-reinforced wire that is covered in a very thick 2-inch layer of concrete. The bedroom is also unique, you will not see a lot of furniture, only a king size bed and a small closet which is integrated into the house line.
It is an amazing house to live in, you feel free, you feel like you were living in nature but actually the nature is living in this house and not the other way around.
The next cool house is an underground home from Swiss village, Switzerland. The area where the house is located is full of mountains and trees and if you don’t carefully you will miss it for sure. The house is not fully underground; it has an elliptical and wide opening for a wonderful view of the mountains. The house is made of stone and even a lot of it is underground it has a large outdoor entertaining area which is leading you to the main entrance. The architects used a lot of geometry in this house construction, they played with a lot of shapes and forms and the result was this amazing home. Everything about this house is futurist: the kitchen, the bathroom and the elliptical-shaped living room that is a luxurious lounge by night and a workstation by day. This impressive house couldn’t be complete without a stylized garden, a floating fireplace and a spa area.
