Summer is the coolest time of the year for two good reasons: first, if you are a girl, you can get to wear those mini skirts and tanks and heeled sandals you think about the rest of the year , and if you are a boy, well…you can just enjoy the view! Also, is the best time of the year because you get to go on vacations, chill out near the seaside on the beautiful sand, sip umbrella cocktail, go to the coolest jams and, of course, just enjoy the rich sun and half-clothing. And speaking of clothes, what are the coolest clothes for summer to wear? It’s simple: whatever you feel comfortable in, breezy materials, colorful outfits and big accessories.

If you are a guy, things are pretty simple: men collection is a variation on the same themes, every year with rare elements of break-through or new pieces of clothing. Wear as many t-shirts as possible, in bright colors, tanks, bermudas or skinny-legged jeans if you want to be fashionable. Also, when shopping for brand clothing bare in mind that “not all glitter is gold” and while some of the hottest pieces of huge labels may look good on models, might just not be the thing you are looking for. Another thing you should remember is that shades and prints have psychological effects, so always wear white to feel cooler or bright colors to have a joyful evening out. Swimming is also a great fun activity to do in summer, which is not only delightful but it sculpts your body too. So, go and buy some cool beach attire for yourself. As for the shoes, boys should keep it simple: sneakers or canvas shoes for the “chilling dudes” or thong/simple sandals for those who want to feel the breeze upon their feet. And always remember to take your sunglasses and a sun-screen protection cream. We don’t want you to get sun burned and boys get that too!
Now, for the feminine side, things are a little bit more complex. This is why we have so many fashion shows every year that inspire us with their unusual clothing. If you want to keep it simple, but cool, you should remember the following: wear bright colors but don’t make yourself a parrot. If you have the legs, wear short pants or even extra short jeans and combine those with breezy materials tops or blouses such as silk, cotton or chiffon. Also, accessorize your outfits with large xxl purses or xxl clutches, a pair of aviators or wayfarers and roman/gladiator sandals. If you are looking for something more elegant, you can always get inspiration from the largest labels which have incredibly beautiful, diaphane and transparent dresses, such as Valentino, Moschino, D&G, Prada or Blumarine. Combine the dresses with a pair of gladiator high heels or peep toe shoe killers, an xxl hat and sunglasses. Again, never forget about SPF makeup protection and a bottle of thermal water to keep by.

It is said that a picture values more than 1000 words…so if i were to put 1/2 image I could leave this article blank. But I’m having problems with finding that coolest 1/2 picture so I will try to make a decent hierarchy with the coolest pictures ever.

Living in a fast, over technological world, we barely have time for daily activities, not to mention free time and relaxing hours. And if we do, somehow, still have an hour free, we rather stay in a quiet place and chill, than go out and enjoy nature and its beauties or do something out of pure pleasure, only for pleasing the soul. But if normal people forget how do to all that, good thing we still have professions that imply much more of the side seeing of the world, enjoying the simple life and breathing the most fresh air, far far away from the daily fuss. Photographers are part of this special category that can enjoy stopping for a minute and admire the simple daily things that most of us pass by without even noticing : a painting, a flower, a laugh, an old building or a slum. There is beauty in everything if we just keep an eye on things we didn’t notice at first.
The
coolest pictures are the ones you think they are. No matter the quality, the camera you use or the thing you capture, the
coolest pictures are the ones that make you feel better, bring a smile on your particular face, make you sigh or bring you back memories. It can be a particular place in this big world, a grain of dust captured on a crowded beach, the sunset seen at the peak of a mountain or even that big-eyed boy next door with his cool smile.

I live under the same starred sky as Paris or Madrid and I can enjoy taking pictures of it as much as any other European would have.

Most of us associate jobs with the thing you have to do in order to get money, in order to buy things that you consider you need to be happy. So, on a simple equation, job = road to happiness. And I’m sure that some of you don’t like their jobs as much as I’m sure that most of you don’t find them appealing anymore but, because they’re stable and you got familiar with everything, you are no longer in search for something new. Accountant, PR manager, doctor, teacher, broker – these are mainly the positions one finds as “grownup jobs” or as paths to follow in life. Yea, sure, they can all give you enormous satisfactions as long as you’re doing them for pleasure or you’re good at them. But what about the other millions of people worldwide that don’t have satisfying jobs, what about blue collar workers who don’t find their rewards appealing or simply, what about those that just don’t want to become grown-up persons with grown-up jobs that imply loads of responsibilities and worries over the night?

Have you ever considered about making money from something that is really easy, that doesn’t imply large amounts of papers and stressful hours at the office? One of the most controversial “body updates” that ever existed, which dresses so many legends, habits and rituals across the Globe, the simple tattoo has existed ever since ancient times. The OED gives the etymology of tattoo as “In 18th c. tattaow, tattow. From Polynesian tatau. In Tahitian, tatu.” It was after reintroduced both as word and as a concept in Europe by sailors.

Highly used in Antiquity as a distinguish form used by different tribes, the art of body painting has evolved as much as humans themselves during the centuries. It was seen as a trade-mark for different social categories in some tribes, also to separate peoples from different tribes and went up even as a mark for citizens who committed more or less heavy crimes.
Tattoos come in infinite forms and shapes with infinite meanings and also, judging by the period of time it stays on the skin surface, it can be permanent or semi-permanent, although modern laser therapy can erase even the permanent inked tattoos from the body without leaving too much damage to the skin.
Also, during centuries, tattoos have served as rituals of passage, marks of status and rank, symbols of religious and spiritual devotion or in barbare tribes as body decorations for bravery acts, fertility rituals, pledges of love or as a form of punishment. Zapping through history, we find the ritual of tattooing in many forms adopted by different social categories across the globe or to symbolize better the affiliation of different parties. Sailors for example have been using tattoos as a form of distraction and entertainment in long voyages, whereas in the Nazi system, Jewish persons were tattood with numbers (similar to the animals form of identification) which annihilated all their rights as human being. Also, the most scattered social category that has been using tattooing for decades is the convicts.
In the contemporary society, most of the ancient attributed properties of tattooing have disappeared, making room for more superficial reasons of which people are getting their body permanently inked. Some of the reasons are cosmetic reasons (where subject can pick to tattoo their eyebrows or even moles) or medical reasons (in order to cover or diminish birth signs but not only). But, let’s face it, tattoos have become so popular in our days that most of us get one or want to get one for different personal reasons, most of it because it’s
cool or because other friends already have one. So to follow several fashion trends, stars across the globe accepted the art of body painting and are considered
cooler if they have at least a couple of tattoos by all means in noticeable places. Still, there are people who consider tattooing a true art and paint their complete body or most of it. All in all, most of people who had their first tattoo admitted this is quite addictive and once you get one, you just have to get another one.
