Because the old iPod Shuffle is already history, as Apple made us all very happy with the release of its brand new device, the smallest music player in the whole world, it’s obvious and, of course, understandable, that companies rushed into developing accessories dedicated to the new device.

In the given context, Scosche Industries has just announced that they are working to release in the near future ground-breaking earphones, equipped with integrated controls for the new iPod Shuffle (the third generation, to be more precise) with the new VoiceOver feature.

The new iPod Shuffle earphones will be called IDR (Increased Dynamic Range) and are said to come with the noise cancellation feature. In addition, the user will be given the chance to play, pause, to adjust the volume, to change tracks, to navigate their favorite playlist and even hear the name of the song they’re listening to or the name of the artist by only pressing one button.

Scoche is currently working on three different versions of earphones, the IDR350M, the IDR450M and the IDR650M, which are expected to become available sometimes during this spring. The prices will vary from $49.99 to $99.99.

In addition, the company is keen on developing an inline control adapter to allow people to use the headphones they might already own with the new iPod Shuffle. It’s just that the information about this product isn’t yet available.
“We are delighted to support the exciting new VoiceOver technology in the 4GB iPod shuffleâ€, said Kas Alves, the Executive Vice President of Scosche Industries, who also added that “Scosche’s focus on innovation means we’re ideally placed to develop new and exciting products like the IDR earphonesâ€.

Here’s a piece of excellent news for those who are into iPods more than anything else in this life. It seems that Apple has just released – without so much of a fuss whatsoever – a brand new iPod Shuffle, which immitates the design of a pack of gum. Today is the big day, guys, when “the world’s smallest music player at nearly half of the size of the previous model and the first music player that talks to you†has been brought in the spotlight.

Now, when it comes to features, the new iPod Shuffle comes with the following list: 4GB of songs (almost 1,000 tracks), the ground-breaking VoiceOver feature that gives the user the chance to speak the song titles, artists and playlist names, the controls are conveniently placed on the earphone cord, which makes the iPod Shuffle easier to use (you can play your song, pause, adjust volume, you can even switch playlists), a beautiful aluminum design, an integrated clip made of stainless steel so you can wear it the way you like most.

The iPod Shuffle is the device that could easily turn into your perfect companion, as it speaks to you. It says words of wisdom: the name of the song and artist, or even the status information (the battery life, for example) in a wide variety of languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech, Greek, Mandarin Chinese, Polish, Swedish and Turkish.

Available in two color versions, silver and black, the new iPod Shuffle provides up to 10 hours of battery life., being compatible with Mac with a USB 2.0 port, Mac OS X v10.4.11 or later and iTunes 8.1 or later, or a Windows PC with USB 2.0 port and Windows Vista, Windows XP Home or Professional (the Service Pack 3) or later and iTunes 8.1.
The new device is able to make the old iPod Shuffle be well forgotten and it costs only $79 through the Apple Store ( www.apple.com), Apple’s retail stores and other authorized retailers.

It’s been a while since I last wrote something about a gadget covered with Swarovski crystals and it’s not because they suddenly disappeared from the market and designers forgot all about them, but because I just didn’t have the chance to stumble over such a device.
I have witnessed all sorts of crystals-encrusted headphones and I’m kind of sick and tired with so many bling-blings attached to earphones. And it seems that I’m not the only one who got bored with customized headphones, because Sennheiser decided to step further, to the next level: the customized microphones.

So, for the rock stars out there, I have the greatest news of them all, consisting of shiny mics that come in a wide variety of color combinations, which means you’ll have the chance to choose the customization suits better to your personality.
These cool microphones are available in one-color, two-colors and a multi-color version. For the last two you can choose the colors you like most and then the design, so the microphone skin will be to your liking. For the multi-color design will be used approximately 2,300 small crystals. If, for example, you would rather have a simpler skin, then you can opt for the chrome mic, which comes in two versions: the color chrome and the silver chrome.

The worst part about these skins is the fact that they’re quite expensive: the multicolor costs $999, the two-colors version costs $799, while the single color is estimated at $699. If you can’t afford something like this, look at the bright side: you can always have your own skin for your microphone for only $49.95 from the Sennheiser website.

If you ever had the chance to live the experience of taking care of a pregnant woman, then I’m sure you’ve been blessed with all sorts of information that you weren’t familiar with before. There’s no doubt about the fact that you felt like dying whenever you saw her fawning upon you in order to make your heart melt and make her wishes come true. And let me tell you something: no one would blame you, because pregnant women can be very hard to please.

If you don’t have enough patience and sympathy you won’t be able to understand, for example, the reason why they attach headphones to their belly and listen to weird songs that you haven’t heard since you were a little child. They have the strong belief that their unborn offspring is able to hear music and that such sessions will leave their mark on the personality of the baby.
Therefore, many of these women continue this musical habit after the baby is born, because not all the good things should come to an end. On the other hand, what greater experience can you imagine for parents than sharing their favorite songs with their little ones?

The Combi iPod Bouncer is perfect for you and your child, as it gives you the chance to bounce your kid in the rhythm of the music you love most in the whole world. You can connect the bouncer to the iPod or to any other type of MP3 player that you might own. In addition, the seat is provided with a canopy that can be removed and a bar with hanging toys that are meant to entertain your child.
Being aimed at six months children and older, with a weight of no more than 25 pounds, the Combi iPod Bouncer can be purchased from Think Geek for $79.99.

Since the first day of my life I’ve been said by each and every person that considered to be entitled to take care of my education that the world consists of two fundamental concepts: the good and the bad. Whenever I wanted to do something, I had to previously think about it, to think about the consequences and about the “compatibility†of my actions with the rules and principles of my own, but of the society also. I was given the freedom to do whatever I wanted, as long as I took responsibility for my decisions.

I bet all my money on the fact that you all know that image of cartoon characters with two little creatures standing on their shoulders: a white one, the angel, and a red one, the devil, a pretty strong symbol of the eternal fight between right and wrong and of the human indecision.
The Angel & Devil earphones from Green House are the perfect illustration of the inner war I am talking about. They’re amusing and affordable, coming in several color combinations, such as black and white, magenta and white, pink and white, purple and white and red and white.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
As far as the features are concerned, they include: a frequency response of 20Hz – 20,000 Hz, a maximum power input of 5 mW, an impedance of 16 ohms, a 3.5 millimeters gold-plated connector and the 1 meter cable.
Don’t get too excited, the two little creatures won’t whisper anything in your ears, meaning suggestions concerning things you should or you should not do. They will only play your music over and over again.

If you’re interested in these weird headphones you can go to GeekStuff4U and grab them for no more than $34.
