There are many car enthusiasts out there and for them, but also for others who want to know what is new in terms of technology in a car, we searched and found, in our opinion, the coolest car in the world. The reasons for which we think is the coolest car before we will present them in the following lines.
<-300×250 Medium Rectangle – center->
Many of you may think that we are talking about Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin or Audi R8, but neither one of these cars – we are talking about the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 – this is the coolest car in the world.

Bugatti Veyron is a big, luxurious car of a length of 4.47 m. Is the perfect combination between a racing design and high-powered performance. It has very well balanced surfaces and a clear line structure; both of them give an impression of pure elegance. Don’t forget that this is a sports car and even if it is elegant the car remembers to tell us that is not a drive to a mall or go to shopping car through its bold proportions and the very big mid-engine that you can see beneath the chassis even if the car is at complete standstill. It has a larger radiator grill with a classic look; this is the place where you find the hand-enameled Bugatti emblem. The distinctive front of Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is defined by the great grill and the board headlights. It has a rear end of 1.99 wide with design fenders and a retractable spoiler.
This was just an introduction of the car, so let’s get down to the serious things. Bugatti Veyron 16.4 has a four-wheel drive and a 16-cylinder. It has a maximum speed of 407 km per hour and its offers a total of 100.1 HP (horse power). Now, that is impressive because is the fastest production car you can find on the market. It has a 7-gear clutch transmission that works with a torque of 1,250 Newton meters. The ESP (Electronic Stability Program) ensures at any speed for you to have a great maneuverability, stability and a great flexibility. It has a great balance between downforce and propulsion due to the possibility to open and close of the lids, reduce ground clearance and the possibility to adjust the back spoiler. Bugatti Veyron 16.4 goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, and thanks to its ceramic breaks you can slow down the car faster then you can accelerate, because this sports car is able to come to a standstill from 100 in just 2.3 seconds. You may think that this car is too fast to be safe, but Bugatti reduced the risk of injures in a collision or an accident by adapting a Formula 1 safety concept.
It has an electronically controlled acceleration that can take the car from 0 to 400 km/h in less then one minute; now that is not just fast, is super-fast. The high velocity of the car is due to number of factors, for example the adjustment of the downforce – this keeps the car on the road at high speed, it has a lightweight construction and special tires.
The car has 3 configuration modes for the optimum aerodynamics: first is the standard mode – this mode is for speeds up to 220km/h and because is not a very high speed the rear spoiler is retracted. The second one is the handling mode, this mode is used higher speed when the rear spoiler deploys and the nose of the car is pulled down. The last mode is for speeds that go beyond 375 km/h and it is called the top speed mode – in this mode the spoiler is aligned with the chassis and the front diffuser flaps are shut.
The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is made by materials that have a big level of functionality and a low weight, for example you can find materials like: carbon, magnesium, aluminum and titanium in this car. The screws, the exhaust system and the piston rods are made o titanium and the valve caps are made of magnesium. The rear in made from a combination of aluminum, stainless steel and carbon.
The car has only 2 frontal airbags, but it doesn’t need others because at the crash tests, the car did a great job and passed all the international safety standards.
The car has 3 data buses: one is for the internal diagnostic system, one for the driveline and one for the convenience functions. The car also has a telemetry computer that is able to collect data from the car. Buggati has a GPS system that can help the driver to find the car anywhere in the world if the car is stolen. Has a built-in Bluetooth technology and also speech-control. The Bluetooth GPS system is controlled by a Bugatti PDA. All the data from the car’s systems is going to be displayed in the rearview mirror.
If you love this car and you think you want one, you should think about the price of it – 170.000 euro. That is a lot of money for a car, but if you have it, then it’s absolutely worth it. If you don’t have the money, but you still want to have a Bugatti Veyron 16.4 you could buy a model of this car. On the market you can find a 1:18 model reconstruction that is made up from 173 pieces. The model offers you the possibility to open the trunk, the doors and to see the engine. It doesn’t costs as much as the real car, so anyone can afford to buy a model of Bugatti Veyron 16.4 and be amazed by the concept and the beauty of the coolest car in the world.

Who doesn’t like BMW cars, don’t have any idea what a good and smart car means. It is absolutely impossible, if you are a car fan, not to love the classic lines of a BMW 507, or the elegant design of the newest BMW Z4 roadster. Now, the germane factory that is producing this line, came with a new and innovating idea inspirited from these cool models and they created GINA.
<-300×250 Medium Rectangle – center->
GINA is an acronym for Geometry and Functions in ‘N’ Adaptations where the N means the infinite number of possibilities. It is a conceive way to resume a entire typology of thinking and ideas  about how cars will be formed, produced, and used by the persons that owns them in the future. The Light Visionary Model, also known as LVM,  is a forcible manifestation of this concept, and features some cool advanced methods  to help this philosophy to become a  reality.

BMW experts told in a released video clip about this
car that this concept isn’t just about the elegance and the finished lines of this
car or a futuristic point of view on transport vehicles that will be built soon, but also it represents the philosophical idea of freedom, that was debated in so many art creations before and preoccupied every smart person. Following this, GINA is made from a material that compresses two layers, water and temperature resistant.
The principal characteristic of this car is the difference between the numbers of exterior panels. While a normal and simple car have hundreds of  body panels that cover its exterior, the LVM have only 4 outer elements: one that protects totally the front end of the car and runs to the back borders of the doors, 2 rear quarter coatings, and one all around the rear part. GINA’s seat designers came with the exact measurement, cutting off, and adherence of the material, that is extended over a mechanized electric and electro-hydraulic metal and carbon body.
In the official movie trailer we can see how GINA moves its body parts and change its shapes exactly how the driver wants. For example, the back side area and side sills can change their shapes as a result to the driver commands so as the interior clime can be properly to any person. The rear spoiler projects from its surroundings out of the rear and the rocker boards change their form into extra character lines.
The head lights are not accessible to view until the driver don’t release and turn them on, only that they will not appear suddenly, like the ones from a Pontiac Firebird do, the exterior case will open and reveal them. They have the classical round form of BMW’s head lights, which became a symbol for these cars. Despite how you expected, they won’t get out from an open trap. They will illuminate from the behind of the material. The engine have 8 cylinders and it is hide under a 1,6 foot long slit that opens and closes easy, like an old bag.
As the case surface area doesn’t transform as the structure chemises  beneath, in the case that you want to open the doors, the fabric agglomerates in planned and prearranged crimps. GINA is able to make other small piles if you feel that you need a little more air and the panels will become more stretched.
Following the exterior line, Gina can adapt for the driver’s necessities even inside. The back material will run over the  bulkhead and will cover the both seats, that will be moved  into first  position once a person will sit on them. In that moment, a cushion attached to the top of the back will rise and the rest of the interior will prepare by itself for activity by moving the wheel and the gauges into  a place that will follow the idea of adapting to the user’s needs in what all BMW lovers know as the “idle position.”
The designers said that vehicles with this type of adaptive functionality will improve the emotional attachment  between man and car, and that the LVM  philosophy will allow the producers to make cars with less model typology  instruments and hardware. In addition of the practical implications that the GINA LVM express for fabricating and design, however, it also is a typical  return to the imaginary futuristic car stuff that dominated every auto show between the 50’s and the 60’s . The BMW’s GINA model is a futuristic and cool idea, under the signature of a giant in the auto vehicles market.

Let us be eco-friendly! Solar power is big and as times passes, new technologies appear. Here are some suggestions of solar powered gadgets that may come in handy from time to time or for everyday use:
<-300×250 Medium Rectangle – center->
- The Neuber Energy Sun Bag can be very useful for people who carry gadgets with them. The Sun Bag offers plenty of space for phones, MP3 Players, or other devices and in the same time, it’s a universal charger.

- Does your porch need a little bit of lighting? The Frosted Scroll Solar Powered Lantern offers that to you for about 8 hours. Some of them have an on/off switch so you can save the energy even longer. Moreover, it is stylish too.

- One thing you should definitely have if you own an iPhone or an iPod is the Surge Solar Case. If you get unhappy with your battery life, you are not at home and don’t have the charger with you, or you simply forgot to recharge your iPhone or iPod, this simple case will help you. It is true that your iPod won’t be as tiny as before, but you can still use it without any problem.

- The Solar LED Flashlight is one of the most searched eco-friendly gadgets on the market. The flashlight is 250 mm long with a diameter of 28 mm and has not more than 10 LED lights inside it. Moreover, the flashlight has a built-in rechargeable Li-on battery.
- Personally, I don’t watch TV because I don’t like the news channels. But sometimes I want to know the forecast for the next day so the Oregon Scientifics Eco Clima Control Weather Station is great for what I need. For use within the house, it shows temperature and humidity for up to four rooms.If you wish you could add 3 remote locations, outside your house, such as your office or your children school and this little gadget will show you the temperature there. It is a solar powered gadget, so it doesn’t need electric energy at all.
- Everybody likes camping, but not everybody knows how to start a fire. This is where the Solar Power LED Vintage Camping Lantern comes in. It’s base color in black, but when lighting, it turns into a red color and uses 2 AAA batteries. If you forgot to put it to charge, you can use 2 ordinary batteries and they’ll do the job for a while.
- Toyota’s Solar Powered Car is definitely news. First, they said they’ll put solar panels only for the AC, but now it seems they’ve changed their minds and built an entire solar powered car. These panels can produce energy for powering up to 500 homes, by that saving about 740 tons of Carbon dioxide emissions, which is great. It seems that Toyota is a truly eco-friend.
- Here is an easy way to carry energy with you anywhere you go. The Solar Keychain needs about 10 hours to a full charge and can be used as emergency power for your phone when you are in need.

How many of you have read the Twilight Saga series? I am sure that almost every teenager in the world has read it and not only. In the last book, Bella Swan appears with a bran new car in which Edward Cullen though Bella would be safe in, the Mercedes S600 Guard (also known as the S-Guard or Guardian). As much as I love to talk about the story, this time I will not. Instead, I will talk about this completely amazing, armored, coolest car ever.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
Without disappointing, Mercedes Benz continues its tradition of over 80-years in developing protection vehicles. From Sindelfingen, Germany, they have completed the S-Class series by adding this armored protection model. I may say that this car offers the highest level of protection possible or at least, existent on the market so far. It is almost a cocoon.

For the ones looking at the top of the luxury food chain, this car is the right combination between. The 12-cylinder bi-turbo (V12) engine, which can develop up to 380 kW or 517 hp serves as the heart of the Mercedes S600 Guard, making it easy to manage your way out from dangerous situations. The interior space concept makes a first-class ambience, providing comfort, superior handling, and performance.
Engineered to offer the Highest Protection, the Mercedes S600 Guard has a B6/B7 resistance level, its armor facing with no problem standard military-grade small-arms projectiles, hand grenades, and other explosives. It is equipped with run-flat tires, a self-sealing fuel tank, and a fire-extinguishing system. The Highest Protection that the S-Mercedes S600 Guard brings is total discretion, which is obvious from outside the car. In order to raise the security level even more, the Mercedes S600 Guard includes an optional package including an emergency fresh-air system, which blocks the fresh air from outside from entering the car. With an on-board compressed-air cylinder, an overpressure is created inside the car, so that outside gases cannot enter the car and it can be manually activated.

Fully armored means heavy. All those armored parts are built-in on a 3165 mm wheelbase that include hardened links between the body shell and chassis, which is modified, steel springs on the rear axle, and twin caliper front brake discs. The extra weight carries both advantages and disadvantages. The only disadvantage is that the cars need for a powerful engine, where the Mercedes S600 Guard has no problem in this case. All the rest are only advantages.
When talking about technical innovations, these include radar-based Parking system, infrared lamps, enhanced Control Panel, Cockpit Management and Data System, Brake Assist PLUS and PRE SAFE brake combined with DISTRONIC PLUS, PRE SAFE anticipatory occupant protection system and of course, night vision.

With all that armor or not, the Mercedes Benz S600 Guard is still designed for everyday use. For all intents and purposes, Mercedes Benz has managed to build a car which is the best choice when it comes to elegance, comfort, driving experience, speed, power and most of all, protection. It is well suited for any leader around the world, celebrity and common man, that if any of them can afford this car’s price tag. Now, really, who can say that the Mercedes Benz S600 Guard isn’t the
coolest car ever?

McLaren F1 was built 15 years ago and it occupies today the 3rd place in our ranking with a price of $970,000. It has an unbelievable top speed of 240 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. Its design is very futuristic so that it doesn’t look like a 15 year old car.
Second in this top is Lamborghini Reventon with a price of $ 1,600,000. This is the most powerful and the most expensive Lamborghini ever built. It takes 3.3 seconds to reach 60 mph and it has a top speed of 211 mph. This car is quite rare- as only 20 were produced and has a very impressive and futuristic design.
The number one – as the most expensive car in the world- is Bugatti Veyron- with a price tag of $1,700,000. Veyron is the most expensive legal street car available today. Also, it is the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. Although it claims to be the fastest car in the world, Bugatti Veyron- with a top speed of 253mph+, was defeated by SSC Ultimate Aero which exceed 253 mph.
These amazing cars are every man’s dream but, sad enough only few can own them. Besides offering high comfort, extreme speeds, the newest technologies and an important visual effect, these cars offer social status, general admiration and envy. I think this is a good motivation for working hard: owning one of the coolest cars in the world!
