This year, the Dark Knight is making a comeback on the big screens. I’m actually more excited about the Iron Man movie, but that’s me. Anyway, all those Batman fans should jump up with joy, as the superhero brings a cool gadget with him: the BatMP3 Player. Check it out.

Looks like ol’ Bruce Wayne doesn’t dig the Apple iPods anymore and ordered a signature player to sooth his ears when beating up whiny villains. Shaped after a 2.75" black batshuriken, the BatMP3 player is equipped with 1GB of flash memory and features an interesting pair of stereo headphones that. I’m not sure if these are shaped like bat ears or bat fangs, but that doesn’t matter.

The player is scheduled to hit the market in July, presumably the same time Batman strikes again. I guess $80 for a player doesn’t seem expensive for Bruce, but what about us, wannabe superheroes? Not that cheap, but cool nonetheless.
