Close your eyes for a couple of minutes and then try to remember what was your favorite place you would have rather went to sleep when you were a little child. There must be one, of this I’m sure. Some people love to sleep in the hay, some in a lawn, so that they can feel the wet grass caressing their skin, some in the clouds.

Well, for those who have always dreamed about taking a nap up there, in the clouds, here we’ve got something that might “comfort†the pain they feel when thinking that it might never come true. This is a very easy way to learn how to build a sofa from a cloud.

The Cloud Sofa is a concept, unfortunately, created by designer D.K.Wei and will most certainly give you the chance to experience laziness in the highest place ever, somewhere near the seventh heaven.

According to the designer, “Cloud is a sofa concept designed for ultra comfort and relaxation. The soft floating upper part is supported by the magnetic force generated by the bottom base. No matter if you want to work and sit with comfort or simply a power nap to release the stress, you can always enjoy your time to relax on the floating cloudâ€.

The designer received a mention for its idea of how to build a sofa from a cloud in a design contest that focused on relaxation.

What would you say if you were given the chance to pack your things and go on a holiday, let’s say tomorrow, in a country you haven’t had the chance to see ever before, a foreign country that you are not familiar with. Would you consider the language to be a problem? Would you say no just because you know you’ll be having some serious issues as far as the communication is concerned? Or would you take no notice of such an irrelevant aspect?

Maybe you’re tempted to laugh right now, but trust me! Many people have a problem with foreign languages and refuse to go somewhere, anywhere, due to such a concern. And if you think about it, we need words in order to express our necessities, our feelings, and if we don’t have the means to express them, it will be difficult to make people understand what we want.

“It not only says the phrase you need out loud in the language of your choice, but will say it in your language as well as the translated one, so that you know exactly what you’re saying and can avoid any ‘excuse me but there seems to be a Belgian in my salad. Please contact a chiropractor’ moments. This handy pocked sized gizmo holds over 8000 commonly used phrases in a whopping 12 languages, handily organized into eight categoriesâ€.

No one wants to be a geek, just because geeks are always laughed at by other people, even if we all have sometimes gestures or a behavior that can easily be mistaken for those of a geek. They are a very special category of human beings and they are considered very weird, due to the fact that you can recognize one from one million people.

Imagine a 30 years old guy crazy about Spiderman, with the room full of Spiderman pictures and toys, being so very proud of his passion. I’m sure we all know someone to be very fit to such a category.

Here’s something that would make such a guy tremble and cry: the USB Spiderman – Spider Webcam from Dream Cheeky. If you’re a Spiderman fanatic, this is surely something you’d like to have in your room, of this I’m sure.

This isn’t a spectacular webcam and you shouldn’t put your expectations too up, because you might be disappointed. It’s just another USB webcam that comes equipped with the following features: lens rotation which is perfect if you want to adjust clear image, video conferencing capability, compatibility with AIM, iChat, MSN, Skype etc., powered by USB with a cable of 4 feet.
The system requirements refer to a PC with Microsoft Windows XP SP2 / Vista or a Mac computer that works with Mac OS X 10.5, 512 MB RAM and one available USB port that is 2.0 compatible. The good thing is that you need no drivers for the systems I mentioned earlier.
The webcam is available at Dream Cheeky, but the price was not specified.

Sick and tired with so many earphones, alarm clocks and wireless speakers? I know you are, because I am, and I thank God when I have the luck to find products different from those I mentioned earlier to tell you about. So, enough with the crap, and let’s cut to the chase, please!

What I wanted to tell you about is the latest product offered by MCE, called the Mac Pro Blu-ray Burner which is a little bit different from the first device of this kind, an internal Blu-ray disc burner especially designed for the Mac Pro. But it comes with read and write speeds more faster than those of the predecessor.
<-300x250 Medium Rectangle - center->
The first version was being sold for a price of $699, but it seems that this one will make you spend less. To be more precise, this new version is $429. It comes with an 8X Blu-ray read-write drive, with 16X DVD ± R/W, compatibility with different types of software packages such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and Roxio Toast 10 Pro.
The only problem is that you will have to do something in order to make the Blu-ray discs to play on a Mac Pro. And you have two options: either you dual boot Windows, either you wait up until the moment when Mac comes with the capability to playback Blu-ray.

Twitter is becoming one of the world’s best known social networking websites and there is no doubt about the fact that its evolution doesn’t end here and now. I don’t know why, but I have a feeling that it will get better and better up until something else will appear in the spotlight.

And if you don’t believe, maybe what I am about to tell you will make you feel sorry for doubting my words. The service has become so popular among people who use the Internet on a regular basis that even bakeries acknowledge the power is exercise on everyone. And if you can’t imagine how Twitter and bakeries can be part of the same sentence, let me tell you that the service can be used in order to keep their customers informed of their pastries.

It might be a good idea, even if for the moment there is only one BakerTweet system installed, ‘cause this is the name of the device, and this happened in the Albion Café in London. We don’t know if the system is going to be spread worldwide, but this is a very important first step.
Designed by Poke London, the BakerTweet is nothing but a very handy way for bakeries to send out messages about their fresh products coming out of the oven. Based on an Arduino board and Linksys Wi-Fi adapter, bundled in a box that is not only bakery-proof, but also very easy to use. The dial can be used to scroll through a list consisting of the baked products and the button is designed to send out a tweet that is pre-configured. There is a web-interface that does something magic: not only it gives you the chance to customize the messages, but it also allows you to add new products.
Unfortunately, the details about the price of the BakerTweet are not known for the moment.
